The cable feels very flexible and not to heavy, has a nice feel to it! The female jack however, is really hard to unplug.

UPDATE: I thought the connection was poor, but turns out you really have to press decently hard to push your 3.5mm connector fully into the female input; after doing that, the connection appears to be good and robust! The build quality doesn’t feel very robust either. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Have been on the hunt for a cord to extend my stock Apple earbuds when plugged into my 2019 MacBook Pro. Must've tried 3-4 extender cords before this and had to return them all - they all either buzzed, or MacOS just never recognized the mic.Finally found the right one with this one - plugged my earbuds into the extender cord, then plugged in the extender cord to the Mac, and MacOS recognized it immediately. I then did a sound recording test of the mic both with and without the extender, and it sounded identical, meaning the extender cord didn't reduce the mic sound quality at all (nor the headphone sound quality).Cord itself is very long and is very flexible (almost feels like the string on a hooded sweatshirt).So if you're like me and that's what you're after, buy this one without hesitation. It even comes with an extra cord which is a nice bonus.

Just what I was looking for!

These were fine until after just a month of use… and no real wear or tear… I unplugged one and it snapped off (as if PERFERATED) where the “red ring” near the tip is. See, that red is a plastic terminal CAP and it only has four small little metall tabs which come thru from the wires… the red plastic is not CONNECTED to the tip that plugs in to your equiptment! The four TABS that poke thru are the only thing that hold the TIP onto the cord! No glue or anything to secure the tip…. hense it just pops off, easily, and can not be fit back on so as to produce sound thru the cord any longer!!! No good!
