Thank you for fresh and quality product
I've started to use it almost two years ago. I don't know if it is about not torturing animals or the oil blend or all together, but I never felt so healthy, young and vibrant. I couldn't be the cause of torturing animals anymore and eating them, so I looked for supplements as everyone around was worried that I wouldn't have enough oils without killing and eating at least fish. So this is an excellent source of Omega 3, 6 and 9, and it is a fantastic quality product, always fresh plus great taste. Sometimes I use it first thing in the morning, just before turmeric; other times add it to food. And as far as I am aware, it is cruelty-free.

Energy Elixir in a bottle!
I heard of Udos oil from a friend. At the time I was in a pretty bad place at the time. I was so lethargic and in a lot of pain from my joints. I just daily went from the bed to the sofa. So I thought 'Nothing ventured, Nothing gained'. So I ordered a bottle. It's not a quick fix, but I'd been told that. I'm almost finished my 1st bottle and I feel amazing. My energy levels have gone through the roof, and I can do so much more now. My joint pain has not gone away, but it's now at a level where I can easily work through the pain, which has given me back some of my old self. My bodily functions have also greatly improved, and I feel so comfortable and no longer bloated. I'm sorry for ranting on but I feel this oil deserves it. If your sceptical give it a go. Try at least 1 bottle. I'm about to start my 2nd bottle, and hopefully I'll achieve even more improvements in my conditions.I have only 1 negative comment, and that is the price. It's a little expensive to continue repeat purchasing. Apart from that I would say give it a go.

27g of fat per 2 tbsp serving!!!!
OK, so this tastes pleasant enough to take straight from the spoon. No need to follow suggestions to mix in orange juice or over salad and that would not only mean extra sugars/calories but you'd likely leave a lot of it on the plate which is wasteful. What surprised me was to find that the recommended 2 tablespoons contain 27g of fat. I guess this would be worth it if the health benefits are as claimed and i could modify my diet to exclude other fatty food. This is important to know for those taking it as part of a healthy diet. It's my first day of taking it so i can't comment on effects yet. Hope this helps you decide.

Excellent oil.
Excellently produced oil which I use in soups and salad dressings. Within three days skin and nails showing healthy signs of its use but its reported health benefits go deeper than these outwards observations.. Also, I recently recommended this oil to a 90yr old with long term leg skin flaking and potential ulceration. Within just a few weeks he tells me there is huge improvement where other products topically applied had failed.Used routinely at a about a desert spoonful a day this makes a visible difference for me and I feel better. It's expensive but it lasts a long while. Must be kept in the fridge.I started to use this product after reading Udo's book 'Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill' - which was a real eye opener. If skeptical, I suggest you start there. It is written for the layman but has one chapter where if, as a non scientist (me) you work hard, even the science makes sense. For those who think the taste is 'disgusting' then either it is rancid (must be transported by carriers in cold store and kept in your fridge or frozen) or perhaps you have taken it directly on a spoon and don't tolerate it well. Fresh, it is not fragrant or sweet but neither is it obnoxious. From the spoon can be too much for some. I put a dessertspoon in a bowl of home-made soup and I make a vinaigrette in a 600g glass jar with mustard, honey, tarragon leaves and vinegar. Whisk in half virgin olive oil and half Udo oil and keep in the fridge. Last for ages for salads and avocados. I have also stirred some into homemade hummus.
