Great for crawfish Étouffée
i love eating crawfish étouffée. This base mix makes a great tasting étouffée. All you need is to add crawfish. Fresh crawfish tails with fat are the best. Frozen can be used , but try to get crawfish tails from Louisiana since the usually have a better taste and usually have some fat with the tails. The fat gives the mix little nice taste. It only takes about 30-40 minutes to prepare from start to eating. Other things can be added such as chicken or shrimp. I fully recommend this for the ease of preparing and the taste.

Tastes Great!
My wife cooks a killer pot roast with this seasoning. Everyone who tries it can't get enough and begs for more. She formerly used this seasoning to cook a scrumptious Crawfish Etouffee, but it became hard to get fresh crawfish after we left Louisiana.

Easy dinner for you
This mix is very authentic and delicious. The only thing you need is butter, seafood, and water... Also rice. Very easy to use instructions and the outcome is very similar to restaurant quality.
