Very helpful for sleeping, reclining and for use during rehabilitation exercises

Works well. The Velcro on the strap holds well but the stitching holding it to the pillow tore so this is my second pillow

Although I have a padded shoulder sling I use the little pillow to prop up my hand when sitting down. Also use it to prop a book or phone on my lap. I plan on keeping it by my side for traveling, etc, etc.love that little pillow.

I was so disappointed with this pillow. It doesn't help me at all. I'm not sure who the people in the pictures are but they are not normal sized adults because this thing does not support you under your shoulder down to your waist. It is tiny and useless. And very overpriced.

The strap tore off after two months. I had to sew a new strap on the pillow. My work was clearly of better quality than the manufacturers.

This arm pillow was great for me, a restless sleeper. While recovering from shoulder surgery, this pillow worked comfortably for me during the first 6 weeks when I needed to keep a pillow under my elbow while I slept. Having the security of the strapped-on pillow that kept it under my arm helped me sleep at ease. Then for the next 12 weeks, keeping the pillow on while I slept, kept me from rolling onto the surgical shoulder, as prescribed.

This pillow is plush and durable enough to keep your arm propped up, however the strap leaves marks and intentions in the skin. If you don't use strap, the pillow will not stay in place. I suggest using some type of cloth between your skin in strap.
