Excellent support with the metatarsal dome!
I love these insoles because they are like the ones that Spenco used to have in all of their shoes. This type of insole is the only style that provides me with a pain free day. I purchased a few different ones from this company. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great for wide shoes
Perfect fit for wide Altra shoes. I had trouble finding insoles that fit because of the wide toe box but these fit perfectly. I have low arches so they were a bit uncomfortable at first even after doing the baking method, but they molded more to my foot shape after my first hike and now they are very comfortable. All in all these are very good insoles for shoes with wide toe boxes.

The cork is great
I mostly got this because the other insoles I’ve tried have rough fabric and tear up my skin with distance walking. In addition to softer fabric cover, the cork density is perfect for my flat feet. They’re good quality. Only complaint is that they seem a bit narrow.

Best alternative to custom in store inserts
This was my 8th set of these over the years. The cork can be a little squeky so don't use foot powder in your sneakers and it wont squeek

Provided the relief I needed.
I love my WHITIN minimalist, zero drop, wide toe box shoes. I generally have zero issues with strong healthy pain free feet, but then earlier this year I sprained my foot exercising. I tried rehabbing it for months, but finally went to a pediatrist who recommended moderate arch support for at least 3 weeks. They fit my shoes perfectly, no modifications needed. They provided just enough arch. They are stylish and comfortable. Best of all, my foot has been healing quickly since I started wearing them. I'm going to need them for more than 3 weeks, but they are definitely helping!

Good support
I use these in my golf shoes, and find they have good support for walking about 3.5 miles on the course. Love the metatarsal support feature, since my feet require that level support. The arch portion is high enough to give a nice level support. Over the first few times of use the supports have molded more to my foot and get even more comfortable. The cork is just squishy enough and firm enough to provide nice support.

Love them but don’t travel with them, sweat on them, leave them in a hot car, or clean them.
I really love these insoles and the way they cushion my feet and provide support. After a multi-week Alaska adventure Involving extensive hiking. Both of the insoles disintegrated in 130 f bedbug Treatment oven. So you can’t leave them in a hot car. You also can’t use any sort of boot Dreyer With them. That kind of defeats the purpose. You wear waterproof shoes they get kind of funky you need to clean them and you can’t!!! It’s really nice you can sort of kind of mold them to your feet, but it’s really not nice to spend $120 on shoe insoles to have that put down the drain when you have to Decon from the bedbugs from your trip.At $60 per pair, they are a horrible value As they don’t last, and they can’t be cleaned. They are fairly thick and will Change the fit of your shoes. They provide good grip inside your shoe for your sock. I loved them until I couldn’t wear them Because they disintegrated After just one trip.I’m afraid I can’t recommend this product anymore.Update 9/28I contacted sole directly (who’s customer service is beyond excellent) and they fixed my issue.

Comfortable but insufficient metatarsal pad
I'm tired of paying $500+ for custom orthotics for my metatarsalgia. I thought these might be sufficient replacements, but I don't think they are for one reason. But first, the good stuff:1. These are really comfortable. The cork is nicer than plastic and more cushioning.2. They seem to be the right size and fit well.3. I like the fact that they have a metatarsal pad (but more on that later)4. The top fabric is good and grips just enough. But, here's the bad:1. The metatarsal pad isn't big enough. I can barely feel it. I feel my metatarsalgia coming back as I use these.2. The heating process doesn't seem right. I followed the instructions but even after 3 minutes the indicator didn't turn black.

Comfort
They were no better than anything else I have ever tried. Bottom of my feet are very sore at the end of the day. I would have thought that the thickness would have been better. Very disappointed.

Sole inserts
Been using the sole corks for awhile couple of years and really like them. I have bad feet since I was born and find as good as or better than orthotics.
