Catering kitchen grade knives cheaper and better than supermarket own brands.Starrett are famous for making some of the best industrial drill bits and saw blades in the world - they now they make professional cooks knives and I have over a dozen.Razor sharp on delivery but easy to sharpen when the edge becomes dulledThe large comfort grip handles may not fit in some knife blocks is the only possible downside.
