In shock! Even better than my £85 one and quieter!
The media could not be loaded. I have been a Braun silk-epil girl ever since I started epilating and have bought the series 5 I think three or four times now but it broke again so I thought I would give a cheaper one a go. Upon first use this is less painful and quieter than my £85 one, it has more useful attachments, a longer battery life and if I can use it when plugged in (not yet tested) this will be a show stopper. It is lighter and more compact than my last one so infinitely easier to travel with, I will probably need to secure the cover with tape to keep it in place on the go but I don’t mind that. Will charge using a usb rather than shaver adapter too which I’m pleased about. If anything goes wrong I will update my review but so far I am blown away!

Nice Epilator and shaver!
Works wonders within 2 - 3 weeks I started to notice a big difference using the Epilator.The Epilator was painful to use at first but after 3 - 4 sessions it became easier to use and the shaver works just aswell definitely recommend this product.

Effective epilator
It's effective and does what it says on the tin, so long as the hair is at a manageable length, it grips well, and is strong (as painful as that could be at first). Not all the additional heads are so useful to me, but again, what I need it for, it does.I did have an issue with the first one I got, but the response from the customer service was good and I haven't had trouble with the replacement.

Great customer service
I ordered and received the item but it was missing the charger cable. I contacted customer service and they sent a complete replacement unit within 2 days. Fantastic service, brilliant machine. I highly recommend and support a great company. I wish everyone was as happy and dedicated to give such fabulous service.Thanks again!

Get what you get
Gets rid of some hair. I have to pluck with tweezers after use to properly remove hairs as it breaks more hairs rather than pulling them out.

Wont turn off
I’m so annoyed I written this email for the 3rd time I was frightened out my sleep at around 5:00am by this silly item the VOGOE Epilator for Women that won’t turn off why is it off but the green light is still on.When I received it charged was red very quickly charged went to green, turned it on by pushing the button up down was fine but the last time it was a bit tricky to turn off but it turned off as I thought, this morning it decided to come back on again and it won’t turn off I have to leave for it to die. What should I do because I will never ever charge it again once it dies. What happens now I’m now left with an item I cart use again. And it’s still going
