Chicken Soup for the Pantry
I find it helpful to have some chicken soup in the pantry, just in case of colds/flu or if we don’t have time to cook. This Campbell Healthy Choice soup is tasty, has chunks of chicken, wide egg noodles, and carrots, and has lower sodium and fat than their “regular” chicken soup. The value is also good on Amazon for an 8-pack. I do add some extra frozen vegetables to boost the nutritional value and fiber. To get a 5-star rating from me, Campbells would need to reduce the sodium content even further without compromising taste!

Classic Comfort with a Lighter, Healthier Touch
This has become a regular part of my quick lunch rotation. It’s hearty and satisfying without feeling too heavy, and I like that it’s lower in sodium than most canned soups. I keep a few cans in the pantry for cold days or lazy meals — always hits the spot.

Taste good
Like the reduced salt while keeping same taste. Chunky fills you up better than the original as well.

Chunk, not chunky.
The taste is ok, but what I was really disappointed with is the lack of "chunky". I don't know if I was just unlucky, but there were only a few spoonful's of noodles or chicken. If you have some spices in the cupboard like some garlic or onion powder, it may not be the worst idea to add some in.
