The cheaper version of this device sucked. I loved that this one has a better, easier wrist strap, interchangeable rubber band resistance, and extras of each type band.My and flexors are finally getting some relief. This is a very helpful tool.Let's see how long the bands last. As there are no instructions, I'm going to assume to wash my hands first and not get oils or lotions on the bands.I'm happy so far

I had surgery on my right thumb having a bone removed. This worked great helping me strengthen my hand and fingers during my recovery. Highly recommend.

I like this hand strengthening device to strengthen the opening mechanism of the hand. Where as most are just squeeze or pinch.

This is actually better quality than people are rating it. I’ve used this multiple times consistently over weeks, changing hands and bans , with 0 issues. No problems with the strap, it comfortable to secure to wrist, and i haven’t had a single band snap or break. I use this for a tendon injury on my left forearm and have genuinely noticed increased grip strength & improvements in fine motor ability to grasp items with the fingers that were affected from my injury. It’s a very simple, great quality item and I wish it would be rated more highly on here, because I’ve had nothing but a great experience with it. Thank you

I used this for a few days. I had the black rubber attached to five fingers and on day 3 the rubbers started to snap. there are alt rubber peices that come with the package that are different elasticity but I liked the elasticity of the black ones. Decent product for short sessions.

I herniated my C6-C7 disc in my neck 10 months ago, that took out my fingers and wrist extension, my triceps, pec and lats. Surgery was quick and pain was gone immediately but the nerve damage caused severe atrophy and I had no extension or resistance. I’m very active and athletic as I work out, hunt big game in the mountains ski run 1/2 marathons etc. I work in orthopedic surgery and need my hands and arms to work.The surgeon told me it could be 18-24 months to gain my function back. Frustrating for sure. Little by little the pecs, lats and tricepsAre coming back but the hand and wrist were not so I kept researching for things and came across this product. Even though it’s advertised for your forearms it’s helping my extension. After 2-3 weeks of use I can tell the nerves and muscles are waking up and responding. Great product and I’d recommend it to anyone with a nerve injury for rehab. The different strength bands are perfect too.

This item is a piece of crap. My hands and fingers are not big but I couldn't get even my smallest finger into the opening. There were no directions although you could figure it out. Its made in China, what else is new, and it appears that the finger openings are for the smaller boned chinese. Why Amazon even has this available is beyond me. I am not returning this item its easier to throw it into the garbage. Don't waste your time or money .

Bought these and were ok, just the bands broke after about a weeks use, whole thing fell apart.
