Was sorry to finish this jar, it was delicious as all Black Bee honey is, it did arrive crystallized in the jar but I stood it in a saucepan of warm water for a while and that helped. It had a lovely smell, sweet without being too sweet, I use it in all my tea and coffee as well as on breakfast cereals. You even get a tab with your beekeeper's name and hive location on each jar which I love.

Delicious Creamy Honey
I opened a pot I had just ordered and had to order 3 more pots straight aeay because it is one of the most delicious honeys I have ever tasted and on the top it said limited edition. I always buy raw, unprocessed honey because it is both healthier and tastier than processed honey you get in suoermarkets from many sources. This honey is semi hard and very creamy and complements the other runnier Black Bee honeys I have. I like the Black Bee company because they support UK bee keepers and each jar is from a single source that shows on the label. This Pollen Honey is from an apiarist in Yorkshire, which is even better because I live in Yorkshire and am supporting a local person.

Highly recommend
Black bee honey is my favourite. I am love honey and trued all sorts of them. From local ones to those from other European countries, even from Australia and must say its my favourite, I particularly love Autumn one but this one is also gorgeous
