The Best Multi-Vitamin !
I've been using this particular multi-vitamin on and off for 25 years and always come back to it. I've tried other multi-vitamins from Super Drug; Boots etc, however they are nowhere near as good as this one. VM75 packs a punch like no other and it definitely lifts my mood and provides extra energy. I know people moan about the size of the pill, plus it makes your urine yellow, however these are minor concerns in my view, it is the quality of the product that counts and this has it in spades. It's nice buying it from Amazon, as it's an easy to buy, plus it's cheaper. Going back 20 years, it was less freely available and I could only find it in up market chemists and even then the places that sold it were few and far between, plus it was a lot more expensive. As I've already said, I've tried other generic brands and they have no effect whatsoever, so try this one, you won't be disappointed !

Highly recommend
I take this each and every day, without fail. I’ve tried several vitamins over the years, but always seemed to have a reaction, that my body didn’t like. This one is amazing. Urine will be bright yellow (same as the tablet) so don’t be alarmed:)😂 I don’t eat fruit or veg, but this is my go to vitamin, and always will be.

It the good value 'go-to' multivitamin choice.
Whereas, I can usually get very technical; explaining every ingredient that forms this product, having being in the supplement industry for decades, (but having no affiliation whatsoever to Solgar) I'll just say that at this price-point, the Solgar VM-75 multivitamin supplement is the multivitamin supplement to go for, for maintaining basic health requirements alongside a balanced diet; assuming that you've cleared this product with your registered medical practitioner. It's by no means perfect. The fact that the supposed 'gold standard' company still includes Vitamin B12 in the Cyanocobalamin form, (synthetic, cyanide based product) instead of the natural Methylcobalamin form of Vitamin B12 is a little disappointing.Although, it must be strongly implied that there is insufficient cyanide to cause you any issues, and is still widely used (due-to it's lower production costs) without causing issues for consumers; it's just it's 'still not' what I class as the 'gold standard', and not what I expect from a Solgar product. On the plus side, it's a 'one-a-day' product, whereas Solgar's other multivitamins are mainly 2 per day. There's very good values of certain ingredients. Namely, the 75mg of some B-Vitamins, (not B-6= 7.5mg) which alleviates the need to purchase a separate 'high-potency' B-50 (or possibly a B-100) product which many with fatigue issues tend to require. Some B-values are higher, B2 = 91MG, some obviously need to be lower. (In micrograms. E.g.; Biotin and that Vitamin B12.)So, this is good value in that respect.Taking this supplement with magnesium (Magniesium L-Threonate if possible) Omega oils, plus a good Vitamin D3 product will give you a good basis for standard health; obviously, this is only really a fail-safe, as these supplements merely 'fill in the gaps' to your daily food intake. There's lots more that you could or can take, but these multivitamins are full of the basics, there's some enzymes in there and some antioxidants to help you on your way throughout the day.The nutritional information shows that 'most' of the ingredients are included at 'adequate' intake levels; (which most cheaper supplements don't provide, or not without taking anywhere up-to 12 tablets per day) and that the VM-75 delivers sufficient intake levels in just one daily tablet.I always try to opt for the derivative that's both 'sold and dispatched' by Amazon, because whilst I do think that these VM-75's save you purchasing a lot of other 'individual' products; they're still quite expensive, and some of us need all the help that we can get from our money; and obviously our health.Always go for a trusted brand with regards-to a multivitamin supplement; as they save you so much money and are better for you in the longer-term.Go for a brand that offers good and guaranteed potencies, and a brand that cannot afford-to ruin its long-established reputation.Solgar is one such brand, and despite my minor concerns; there's no other multivitamin product that's 'currently' better for you or your wallet at this price-bracket.
