The sticks are nice for hands and foot massages but I can’t say that it helped any of the areas highlighted on the gloves/socks.

I recently purchased the 4PCS Reflexology Socks and Gloves Tool Set, and my husband and I are pretty impressed! While the gloves are a bit on the smaller side and might not fit a larger hand comfortably, I found a way around it by putting them on my husband's hands myself and using the included massage rod. This approach was actually quite effective; I was able to target several headache-relief points, and he definitely felt the impact!We've been using this set a few times each evening, and it really seems to help with relaxation and alleviating stress. It's turned into a fun, soothing ritual for us. Just a note for potential buyers: these might be better suited for smaller hands, so keep that in mind. Overall, a cool tool set for couples looking to unwind and help each other out with some reflexology at home! Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for an easy, at-home spa experience.

The gloves or very easy to use.Rub with your hands or rub it with the little sticks it comes with it.Very self explanatory.Do it yourself or get someone to do it for you like a little spa day.Good product.

Too small, unable to use as intended because the gloves and socks didn’t fully go on. My shoe size is 8.5 women’s, the socks should be able to fit as this is an average size.
