Good product. No problems with taking them

Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price.I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉

I take this daily and notice that I have more energy when I do, best taken with a meal couple of times a day, I don't take it in the evening as it makes me a bit hyper.only downfall, I wish it had niacin rather than nicotinamide but you can't go wrong with Solgar. Recommended.

Go well together, Vit B calms me and Vit C protects me. Solgar are good quality and a decent strength. More potent and better value (considering strength and purity) than anything you will find in a supermarket.

I desperately needed a vitamin B complex, but didn't take notice that it contained vitamin C. The vitamin C is very acidic and unfortunately gives me raging heartburn, so I can't actually take these.I now have to look for a b complex that doesn't contain vitamin C or is buffered.If you have problems with heartburn or acid reflux, these aren't for you.
