The media could not be loaded. I was a little disappointed because the frame is beautiful but it did not come with the matting like I thought it would. A little frustrating because of the shape it is not really one you can buy separately. But the color of the frame is nice and the frame is high quality.

Perfect for an old photo of 3 sisters. Will be hung in a gallery of family photos.

While I appreciate the quality of this frame, I have some concerns about Amazon's policy regarding replacement charges. Unfortunately, the original frame I ordered was mistakenly delivered to a different address. I waited patiently, hoping that the package would eventually arrive, but it never did. The image of the porch where the package was left clearly shows that it was not my home. It feels quite frustrating to continue facing charges for a situation that was completely out of my control. On a positive note, I do find the frame itself very appealing. Please stop charging my card, thank you! :)

The frame is beautiful and I love the texture of the mat but it isn’t cut evenly, hence the four stars.
