Great stuff and good value
Cleans coffer stains quickly from expresso machine/porta filter etc. Easy to use both through the machine and for cleaning loose parts. No horrible smell or taste left following cleaning.

Good affective producr
Use it most days, cleans well and is a good make, streaks sometimes but that could be me being over zealous! My hob and glass dining table look good and shine.

Easy to use
Nespresso machine was starting to struggle to make a decent coffee & sounded like it was working harder than it needed to. Followed instructions & coffee is now perfect with a great crema that we haven’t had for a while

Excellent highly recommend
Excellent product. I was using a small table top fridge with a tiny freezer compartment due to fridge freezer demise. Ice built up very quickly but it became obvious that speed was necessary as leaving it off for however long was not an option. The claim is defrost in about 1 hour depending on depth of ice. Armed with a scraper I sprayed left 10 mins scraped. Did this twice. Done. 1.1/2 hrs. I now spray every couple of weeks before it reaches that stage.

Used to descale water dispenser
I used this to descale my water dispenser rather than for its intended purpose of a coffee machine and it’s worked really well.The instructions were simple, although I added a little more since descaling was overdue.After use, the water from my dispenser had no aftertaste and there’s not a strong smell from this product while using.Hard to tell, but it feels like it’s worked well, and will be using it regularly to avoid limescale buildup and preserve the life of my machine.And, I still have loads left, so great value for money.

Does what it says it does!
No strong odor, does what it says it does at the reccomended dilution. Cleaned a Keurig and Hamilton Beach brewer with this machine and the taste difference in the coffee afterwards was noticable as was the complete removal of limescale build up in the reservoirs! Easy to use and great quality from HG.
