Q: Will this work in b&w dm602?

Not without modification to baffle. This has quite a large faceplate and from memory the 602 had a much smaller faceplate. It is to my ears a pretty good tweeter. Can't remember if faceplate is removable on the qtx. It may fit surface mounted if magnet fits hole left by b&w who tend to have unusual mounting of their tweeters so you never know. I got the qtx to use in a diy speaker.

As long as it has the same dimensions/specifications it should be fine. Replace the tweeters in both monitors so you get matched output
