I have 2 older brother cats whose appetites are less than I’d like. My veterinarian says that I can feed them anything I have. They absolutely adore this treat ~ I pour it on top of whatever they don’t finish from their morning canned food. They must find the smell enticing and the taste wonderful.I just call, "Treat!" when I’m about to pour this on their plates and they come running into our kitchen. They eat the “broth” and also from their breakfast. As you can imagine, their happiness make ME happy.I’d love for this treat to be a bit less expensive, but as the saying goes, "You Get What You Pay For!" The price is a bit less expensive the pet store.Thank you, Purina, for developing this tasty treat!

This is my 19 year old Maine Coon's favorite flavor broth, and apparently everyone else's too, because I can never find more than a couple pouches at a time in stores. I was very happy to see not only a good amount but a fair price here. He ate these intermittently as treats and apologies throughout his life (since they came out, he's older than the product line), but nothing like he has the last few months since his health has declined.Look, these are not nutritionally complete, and are relatively low calorie - I'm a veterinarian, I know that. But they are high quality, and my boy has more than earned the right to eat whatever he wishes in his final days. He lights up when he sees the bowl I put these in. He wears half of it from eating so enthusiastically, when otherwise he can't be bothered to eat much. If grandpa wants to eat chocolate cake in hospice, so be it.Only star was deducted because they asked specifically about portion size. I'd buy a damn gallon of it if they sold it. As it is, I just mix some hot water in to stretch each pouch a bit and warm it up.
