Bought this because my daughter really liked the Hungry Caterpillar. She doesn't leave it very far behind, absolutely adores it. The colours on the Caterpillar are eye catching to a 3-6 month old.!! Wouldn't keep the plastic teether on for too long, once teeth are involved it's all downhill from there. Ended up cutting it off.

This is an adorable baby soft toy.It has a light jingle sound and some crinkle sections to its body. The plastic apple is perfect for baby to gum and easy to clean.Well made and well received by baby.

I loved it but my 6 month old back then did not. She didn't like many toys so i guess it all depends on the individual child. I have kept it and will be using it as a decoration piece in her room because I love the hungry caterpillar.

Super toy for baby present

This is a childhood favourite of mine and does not disappoint. I purchased this for a gift for a friend's new baby boy and it went down a treat!The main body of the caterpillar is soft fabric and looks colourful and bright which babies will love. The final piece (I'd say the tail but caterpillars don't have tails) is made of soft rubber/plastic which is just the ticket for any teething baby. If I remember rightly, it has small ridges on it also which are fab for little gums.It introduces your baby to the world of Eric Carle and The Very Hungry Caterpillar which will then make reading the book to them later all the more enjoyable for the both of you.Overall I can't fault this product, it is perfect for any teething baby and will probably be a firm favourite long after their teeth have arrived.

Im Handumdrehen ist die kleine Raupe Nimmersatt zur besten Freundin unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter geworden und muss überall hin mit. Kein Wunder, sie sieht mit ihren bunten Farben sehr süß aus, zudem knister und klingelt sie, hat einen tollen Schwanz zum drauf rum kauen oder aber man saugt an ihren Fühlern. Mit ihrer Form passt sie auch prima in kleine Babyhände bzw. in jede (kleine) Tasche.Unsere Tochter fährt nicht unbedingt immer gerne Auto, aber wenn sie die Raupe in der Hand hat, klingelt sie fröhlich vor sich hin, sehr süß!Hätte gleich ein ganzes Rudel bestellen sollen. Für alle befreundeten Eltern und deren Kinder, die immer ganz entzückt von unserer kleinen Raupe sind.

I ordered two of these for expected babies along with the soft crinkle teether book versions of the story "The Very Hungry Caterpillar," which is now a classic story by a respected children's author. (i'll give the regular book version when they are a little older.) While I haven't taken these out of the packages, they are cute, made of very colorful fabrics, and appear to be snuggly and fun. They are also washable (I'd probably put it in a mesh bag for that, or just hand wash it in the sink.) I'm very pleased with these baby toys.

Unsere Kleine kaut gern auf dem Beißende herum, die Raupe ist gut verarbeitet, bunt und rasselt angenehm. Sie sieht genauso aus wie auf der Abbildung. Ich hatte sie mir größer vorgestellt und war daher erst etwas überrascht, aber da bin ich ja selbst schuld, wenn ich nicht genau auf die Größenangabe schaue ;) Diese eher kleine Größe ist für Babys aber gerade praktisch, gut zu greifen! Auch der Versand verlief problemlos.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Teether RattleI have always been a fan of Eric Carle books, and we have the whole series, included the Very Ungry Caterpillar! My husband and I decided to buy this teether for our little one when he was 4 months old because we thought he would enjoy the reading time of this book more... we were right.He has loved the book and his rattle tooIt is very well made with smooth, bumpy, wavy, and crinkle materials. Colors are great and the size right for little hands.We do wash it and it has held up fine.The perfect gift to accompany the book.
