No!! It can only be used in that way if you're doing just doing a quick wash where you can put a cap-full into your bucket of water and wash your car as normal. If you're going to give your car a proper polish however, it recommends that you avoid any contact with glass on your car.

What is the difference between tis and the blue bottle ?

The Blue bottle ,you have to leave on for ten minutes before wiping off.The Mer MASUP5(black bottle) has been improved you don't have to leave it on long before wiping it off.It does leave a great shine,I have used Mer for approx 20 years had no problems it does what it says, would recommend it .Just started using new stuff for a few months now,found it just as good.

As this has an abrasive action can it be used on a car that has metallic paint finish?

Soft99 Fusso. Serious long lasting beading. Also use Turtle wax hybrid to keep it as repellent going forward
