What do they contain?

The tablets contain folic acid, Vitamin 12, Zinc, Selen, Lutein and many more. Lutein protects against age related macular degeneration which is quite common now that we get so much older. Wellwoman 70+ gave me much more energy and I felt happier in myself. For more info look up the individual ingredients in Wikipedia. Detailed wellwoman 70+ ingredients are found in the internet. May I know the Expiration?

Hi Feb 2025- Date on the last ones I got. But I use them daily and get 3 months at a time- and have done for sometime- they always have a good shelf life-

Is it aluminium free?

I have just read the box and there is no mention of aluminium. Hope that helps

Not what I ordered but in a good way

I have the product on repeat order from Holland & Barrett who have now run out so I went to Amazon but couldn’t find it. So I ordered the nearest product (50+vitamin supplement). However the product that arrived was the 70+vitamin- the one I wanted anyway!
