Great knife, super sharp
Great knife! It’s my go to in the kitchen now. The knife is extremely sharp, so sharp I ended up slicing down my nail and cutting part of my finger off so be extra careful when using

The real deal!
You buy a knife set for £40-£50, you get it home and think the first time you use it 'wow, they're sharp, must be good' then you buy a set of Dalstrong knives, you appreciate the way they're presented in their box but it's not until you use them for the first time that you suddenly realise and say to yourself "Holy crap", put the knife down and go and investigate on YouTube how to use a knife properly for fear of losing a finger (You probably wouldn't even feel it) and suddenly understand what a real knife is, they really are that good. Trust me when I say these knives are the real thing and if looked after will probably last you the rest of your life, do yourself a favour, press buy it now, you won't be sorry!

Super usable regular use
Great little knife that has become one of my most used. Stays sharp and nice in the hand. Top quality.

Decent knife
Appears to be a well constructed knife, good weight and balance with a nice feel in the hand. The sheath does not fit well and can slip off the blade easier that it should. The knife is not as sharp as I thought it would be, the bevel is quite uneven as if the angle changed during the process. Once I have put a decent edge on the blade sure I will get some good use out of this knife.

Really good quality knife
As a pastry chef I feel that the knife not very light, which for me it’s a good thing and it has a really good blade, will definitely buy more knifes from Dalstrong

Great knife great customer service
Outstanding knife for the money. Very well made and cuts with very minimal effort. Just be sure to look after the knife no dishwashers etc.Plus outstanding customer service from Dalstrong. If anyone has any issues, Dalstrong will do everything they can to resolve them. As they did with me. Ill be buying more from them and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant!!
Absolutely brilliant!!! Well made well put together just an all round great product. I'm a professional chef and after buying the paring knife I also bought the 9.5" chefs knife and the 6" utility knife. I'm am really impressed with the build quality and the performance of these knifes. I have to say these products are the best knives I have ever had. Well done Dalstrong!!!

Soucis avec une lame de couteau
Curieux et surprenant !la lame d'un de mes couteaux DALSTRONG est détériorée après 2 mois d'utilisation.J'ai été contacté immédiatement par la société DALSTRONG qui m'a envoyé immédiatement un nouveau couteau à leur frais.Je suis vraiment content de cette entreprise, j'ai vraiment eu raison de leur faire confiance et je vous invite à faire de même.
