Good price for 4 months of reliable omega 3.
Edit: For those wondering what it does,EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid): is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it helps support heart health by maintaining healthy triglyceride levels, promoting better circulation, and potentially reducing the risk of heart disease. It may also help with joint health and mood regulation.DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): Critical for brain function and eye health. It's a major structural component of the brain and retina, helping with cognitive performance, memory, and visual development. How much do you need?General Health: 250–500mg combined EPA & DHA daily.Heart Health & High Triglycerides: 1000mg+ daily.Brain Health & Pregnancy: 500–1000mg daily (200–300mg DHA for pregnancy). What you get:One serving (2 capsules) provides 1100mg EPA & DHA, which is more than enough for general well-being.Taking 1 capsule gives 550mg, ideal if you already get some omega-3s from your diet, I take 2 anyway.______I take Nutrivita 2000mg omega 3 alongside Viridian's high five and NutriGeek's lion's mane & black pepper extract for maximum absorption and general health + brain boost. I've been taking these for 3 weeks+ and of course, it's hard to quantify how well supplements affects you personally, but hey, most of us probably need the boosts. The softgels are about average size, easy to swallow, has a slight dry fish smell (not bad at all), tasteless and no burps either. It's sustainable, fair price, large supply, decent strength, it's stored in a dark recyclable plastic bottle to minimize oxidation, clear instructions in different EU languages. All in all, it's a good product to keep your omega 3 intake high.

Omega-3 That Packs a Punch
Nutravita’s Omega 3 2000mg with 660mg EPA and 440mg DHA is one of the few supplements I’ve tried that actually justifies a place in my daily routine. What makes it stand out is not just the strength of the formulation, but the thoughtfulness behind the ingredients and sourcing. Each serving provides a potent dose of omega-3 fatty acids – particularly EPA and DHA – which are widely recognised for supporting heart health, brain function, vision, and overall inflammation control. Over the months I’ve been taking it, I’ve noticed subtle but genuine improvements in mental clarity, less stiffness post-workout, and a generally more balanced feeling in terms of focus and mood. That said, like most omega-3 products, the benefits build gradually over time – it’s not a quick fix, but a long-term helper. The capsules themselves are softgels that go down easily. They’re a bit on the larger side, but I’ve never had issues swallowing them with water. Best of all, they don’t cause any of those dreaded fishy burps or indigestion, which is more than I can say for some cheaper alternatives I’ve tested. The fish oil is sustainably sourced from the Peruvian coast and purified to remove heavy metals and other contaminants. It’s reassuring to know that you’re not ingesting any hidden nasties, and I really appreciate that it’s made here in the UK under GMP and BRC certification. That adds an extra layer of confidence in both quality and consistency. There are quite a few advantages that pushed me to stick with this supplement. For one, you’re getting 240 softgels per bottle, which translates into a full four-month supply. That’s excellent value, especially considering the high EPA and DHA levels. The formulation is also free from gluten, lactose, nuts and GMOs, making it a solid option for people with dietary restrictions. It’s backed by EFSA-approved health claims, which gives some weight to its promises. I also like the transparency in labelling and the fact that Nutravita has helpful, UK-based customer service in case any questions pop up.However, there are some things to keep in mind. This product is made with fish oil and bovine gelatine, so it’s absolutely not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Also, while it doesn’t repeat on me, the capsules are not enteric-coated, which might be a downside for those with extremely sensitive digestion. The bottle has a mild fish smell when first opened – not a big deal, but worth noting. I’ve also seen some competitors combining fish oil with additional vitamins like D3 or K2, which this doesn’t include. And while two softgels per day is manageable, some may prefer a one-a-day solution for convenience. That said, this product is ideal for people who don’t eat much oily fish – which, realistically, is most of us. It’s great for adults who want to support cardiovascular health, cognitive function, or joint flexibility. Athletes or those in physically demanding jobs could benefit from its anti-inflammatory effects, and it may also help people experiencing dry eyes or mental fatigue. On the flip side, if you’re already consuming fish two or three times a week, or if you’re strictly plant-based, this may not be necessary. And of course, anyone on blood-thinning medication should speak to their doctor before adding a high-strength omega-3 like this.In the end, Nutravita’s Omega 3 fish oil delivers a clean, strong, no-nonsense product that’s affordable, effective, and easy to take. It’s not flashy, but it does the job – and does it well enough that I’ve reordered multiple times and plan to keep it in my routine. For less than £20 for four months of high-grade EPA and DHA, it’s one of the more trustworthy omega-3 supplements currently on the UK market.

Easy to swallow and seems to do the trick. Burp free. Hard to quantify the real benefits but I'm sure they do you more good than harm.

Omega 3 Fish Oil with EPA & DHA Good Value for Money
Yes they are on the large side but full of pure goodness for the bodily function. Fish oil contains two specific omega 3. 1 is Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and the other is Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Omega 3 are very important for health, including Cardiovascular function, Nervous system function and brain development, immune system. Research shows that low DHA consumption (and blood levels) is associated with memory loss, difficult concentrating, Alzheimer's disease and other mood problem. That is why I take Omega 3 and now my whole family and friends have started to take more interest in their own health which is now made me happier. I would recommend this Omega 3 and always seek advice from your General Practisioner/Doctors before starting this Omega 3. Now my neighbours are interested in this Omega 3 Fish oil and it's benefit we all should be looking after our own health and we are getting enough vitamin. Thank you to Amazon and the seller for quick delivery now I am happy.
