Q: Can anyone post pictures of the wheels? especially the insides. Do they have any metal bearings?

They appear to be all sturdy plastic. It's just a simple strike of the wheel onto the metal that attaches it: lie the trolley on its side to do this.

Q: Is this any use for a short person im only 5ft?

The handle height is 96cm. Use a tape measure to determine whether this handle height will be suitable for your needs or not.

probably not as the bag is attached by velcro - its very study only being on two wheels though.
