The seal around the lid leaks after a few uses. Tightened the gaskets and replaced the insert. I would check before putting it in the fridge, and then a few hours later, it would leak all over the inside of the refrigerator.

Bought this ias a gift for someone. They liked it so much. They bought two more for their outdoor kitchen. Now I’m gonna buy one for myself. That’s a hell of a review.

I had a tall, upright dispenser I put in my fridge but it took up space. This is so nice because it lays flat in your refrigerator. I love them so much that I'm going to order another one to stack on top of this one and keep two different kinds of liquid in them! The only thing I didn't care for is there's a tiny rubber stopper near the top which you remove to get airflow. I took it out and forgot where I put it but what I didn't like when I removed it was that when I filled up the container with a new batch of hibiscus (translation: RED) tea I made, I accidentally put it in the fridge with the stopper side down (which the stopper wasn't there) so I had tea pouring out in my fridge until I lifted it up and flipped it over. So just be cautious about this when you're using it. Otherwise, love it and love the air-tight faucet it comes with.

Material quality is fine but design is inconvenient - have to open the front to refill and it leaves a fair bit of water that's unable to be drained without tilting the jar.

Bought in January. It’s May now and it leaks to the point that it is unusable. Up until now, I would have an occasional leak probably due to a weak seal or me not tightening the lid enough, but now it leaks now no matter how well the lid is sealed on.

I bought 2 of these to help keep my family healthy and satisfied. I make ice tea in one and lemonade in the the other. There are 5 of us and it nice to get a cold without a lot of sugar. I make it up once a week and we are good to go. It does take up significantly room in the refrigerator, but I think it is worth it during the summer. Well made, using over the last 3 months. I only hand wash the units b/c they would take a lot of room in the dishwasher and I reuse them right away. Even with the tea the coated white backs don’t get discolored. I do wish they would include a website for spare parts. Just in case a seal rips or the inside lid coating becomes stain. The valves work great! No leaks.
