Sucre (sugar), puree de chataignes (puree of chestnuts), sucre roux de canne (reddish brown cane sugar) and extrait pur de vanille (pure vanilla extract). Hope this helps.

It is like a thick preserve, but easy to spread on toasted bread. It is delicious with yogurts, in cakes, on bread, or just as is. It is a French speciality, not easy to find in the US.
