Great product to avoid Bluetooth issues. Amazing quality of audio.

I really like this headset, but with a few caveats:(1) The Bluetooth range is a third of the headset it replaced, and even if I just walk ten feet away from the computer people report my voice quality plummets (speaker quality still seems ok).(2) There's no easy way on my Mac to know if the headset is powered on or not, or what the battery level is, as it's a dongle connection and not native bluetooth.(3) It's slow to power on, so there can be an annoying lag when I join a video call before I get my headset working. (Not a problem if you're a gamer putting on your headset for a 6 hour session, but more disruptive if you're getting on and off work Zoom calls all day.)(4) The dongle and the headset have a hard pairing, so if you and your family members have more than one headset, you need to move the dongle when you change computers.

Purchased these in November 2023, we were very pleased with their comfort and sound quality. Unfortunately in May 2024, the dongle broke into several pieces while removing it from the USB slot. We reached out to Eksa support immediately. They verified the purchase and sent out a completely new headset. Satisfied customer all around.

The headphones do exactly as they state. The noise canceling isn't the best but for my use, in a office, it's perfect. Enough noise cancelling that I feel comfortable with while still allowing enough noise to get my attention when needed. They are very comfortable. I would buy these again

Purchased these for use in a telecommunications environment. They sound great, feel great, and seem to have good connectivity. They downfall is the other person can not clearly hear me. Feedback is its very quiet, and sounds digitized. I have tried everything I can including using the companies help through blogs and videos. I have the sound control all the way up. Went back to my old uncomfortable logi headset and I dont have these issues. Sound and comfort isnt as good but I need a headset that actually works as intended. I suspect the noise canceling functionality may be the culprit.

This is my 3rd headphone set I've tried to get working on my work laptop, and my 3rd headset I am returning. The previous two had no dongle and while connected to the laptop when I ran Zoom or Teams, I got a buzz, the laptop locked up then my connection to the headset was severed.This one has a dedicated dongle. It connected almost immediately, setup was a dream! Then I launched/tested on Zoom & Teams video conferencing. Also worked. Recipients stated I was extremely clear. The sound was great too.Then I noticed I heard in the distance someone doing yard work. I shouldn't have, as I have (supposedly) noise-canceling headphones. I looked at the headset controls, then the manual. No button or switch to activate NC. The manual says it has noise canceling, but now how it works.I had to go to their website for support. First, this model isn't even listed on their site. That should be a warning sign. After a few minutes of searching, I went to the FAQ and saw an entry about NC. Their answer is NC is passive and uses "AI" technology to determine if it needs to be active or not, *when using your microphone*. So if you have your headset on, but not in a video conference or anything, it won't come on no matter how much noise is going on around you. BIG negative for me.Then the sound itself. It seems the headset goes into "standby" or "sleep mode" often. Because when, say when I get an email notice sound) there's a split-second delay in the sound, missing the initial part of that chime while it "wakes up". Between this and starting music or YT videos, that initial delay makes it feel like you've been on mute and unmuted during the play. Very distracting for me.Overall for the money, this has two huge shortcomings of this headset. So now I'm returning my third set and searching for a fourth.

I use this in my truck because the hands free in the stereo is terrible. I can leave it turned on and use it just for phone calls or for whatever I’m listening to. The other end can’t hear all the road noise around me and the calls are sharp and clear. Long battery life too. I would pay more for a model with active noise canceling to reduce the road noise and drive in silence. But over all I’m happy with it.
