two consecutive defective lamp assemblies
Cracked the plastic lens on the outer right rear light lamp on our 2017 Sienna LE. Easy replacement, remove two bolts, push the assembly to the rear, detach two electrical connectors. After installing the new one, turned on the lights, depressed the brakes, placed in reverse and turned on right turn blinkers. No lights whatsoever in the new lamp assembly. Put the old cracked lamp back on and the lights worked perfectly. Put the new lamp back on again and same result, no power getting to the LEDs.Note that the scenario above occurred twice, once with original purchase which was quickly returned and again with the replacement order.Returns were easy enough and handled well, however, the inconvenience factor loomed large.Plus there was the issue of not being able to put the vehicle in a state that will pass safety inspection.The price was great but will unlikely buy from this company again.Will probably end up paying 2 or 2-1/2 times for the OEM part.

Missteps
The product itself was fine…nice replica of the OEM part…once i got it. Much better price than the dealershipThe first part that shipped from China was for the drivers side eventhough I purchased passenger side. Return was easy and new part got here in a week.Installed no problem. Good how to videos on YT for swap out.Since the part came with the lightbulb sockets, I thought (incorrectly) lightbulbs were installed. Not so. Luckily i still had the old taillight to scavenge from.

No light bulbs
In the add you can see tail light assembly has light bulbs, mine came with no bulbs!?
