These are perfect
These fit ANY size post and any type earring back, holding the earring secure without drooping. Most of the other disc backs that I tried would not fit onto the thicker gauge posts; but these will. These are soft and pliable, and very comfortable to wear. I even trimmed the end so that a latch back post earring would still lock into place. These are the most versatile earring disc backs that I have ever found.
