Very satisfying
Ive had itchy and blocked ears for years because of extended earphone/headphone use. Ive had professional cleaning done before and it left me speechless as to how bad my ears had gotten. I took a chance on the Tvidler clean kit and its a modern marvel. The tips are soft and solid enough to be effective while not damaging the sensitive ear canal. I like the spiky ball because its the perfect scratcher alternative to using your fingernail or Qtip.I will say that everyone has different ear shape, depth, and size and only you will know what works for you. That said, if you're looking for an easy to use and clean system for ear hygiene then give these folk's invention a try.

Not Worth It
The spiral thing is huge, I can barely fit it in my ear and I never see anything when I use it. The little 'scratcher' tip has a really thin neck and broke right away. The tips pop off very easily which is probably by design so people don't hurt themselves but its really annoying how it comes off so easily, I want to super glue it. I personally find this thing useless and a waste of money. I like the idea but it didn't live up to the description.

Won’t work well
This is a follow up comment. After posting the previous review, I was offered a full refund. It’s too bad that it wouldn’t come in different sizes. The material for the tips are very soft and nice.Has a very nice package which is very similar to that of iPhones. Cleaning parts are nice and soft. But, they come with just one size. (Most ear phones come with 3 replaceable pieces: large, medium, small). I only use the spiral tip. It goes in deep but won’t even touch interior walls of my ear. Too thin. Price is way too expensive for what it does, maybe because of the package.

A Deep Dive into My Ear’s Dark Secrets
This Tvidler Pro Ear Wax Remover Kit is like a treasure hunt for your ears—except the treasure is wax, and you really wish you hadn’t found so much of it. The various removal heads make it feel like I’m equipping myself for a full-blown ear excavation. It’s surprisingly satisfying to see what comes out, although it’s also slightly alarming. Who knew I was storing enough wax in there to start a candle business? The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because now I’m mildly obsessed with checking my ears, and I’m starting to worry I’ll run out of wax. But until that day comes, this little tool is doing its job beautifully—though I’ll never look at earwax the same way again.

It did not allow me to remove ear wax as explained. It was difficult to even get into my ear canal
The website description made it seem like it would be easy to use and less invasive than other methods. When I tried to insert it into my ear, it kept bending and would not go in. Therefore, I must conclude that either my ear canal is too small to use it or there is no wax in my ears. However, I know that I have a problem with excessive wax buildup

Safe and clean
**TW**I had damage to my ear a while back when someone shoved a qtip in it while I was cleaning my ears. It made a very weird recurring monthly issue; during pms, when I would bloat/swell, it sounded like I had water in the damaged ear. I had imaging done and had specialists take a look. Nothing fixed it. One day a specialist used one of those machines to get ear wax out of my ear. Since then, I’ve stayed on top of cleaning using the Tvidler. I’ve not had the issue return to that extent. I must’ve just had earwax lodged behind where they punctured my ear drum this whole time. It’s come back a few times to a much lesser extent, but the Tvidler helps me to stay on top of it and it goes away. Also, this is not triggering to use because no risk of it getting lodged in my ear ever again. :)

Doesn't work at all
I always seem to have ear wax which makes my ears itch. I was one of the uninformed who used Q-Tip's a few times and they would come out a waxy mess. Luckily my insurance covers having my ENT doctor do it professionally. I tried this item thinking it could keep me from having to go to the doctor. Unfortunately, it didn't clean out a single bit of the ear wax. OTC products with Carbamide Peroxide and water spray work better.
