Noticeable difference in energy and drive with continued use of had a gap when changing my subscribe and save schedule and notice the difference when I was out of it for a few weeks and hadn’t been taking it.

I have taken this for a month now & I will never not have it in the house again! The first week was unbelievable . So much energy & my mood was great. Now it has kind of dulled off, so I plan to take a break but highly reccommend for any one who is curious. I did not notice any negative side effects.

My free testosterone is low and this is supposed to help your body assist in absorbing it. I just started taking it. No side effects. I will report back soon when I recheck my hormone levels to see how well it works

I heard about this herb from Huberman Lab podcast and gave it a shot. It worked for me in about 3-5 days after starting it. I noticed I am motivated to workout consistently and enjoy the challenge more. I got stronger and broke through plateaus in my lifts and lost fat at the same time. I feel more confident and have less anxiety when I take this. I’ve been doing cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 week off for a few months now and it seems to be working out for me. I paired taking this with eating more protein 1g per gram of goal body weight and eating at goal body weight calories and gave lost weight and feeling stronger then ever. It supposedly doesn’t effect your bodies ability to provide it’s own testosterone but I haven’t checked my test before or after.I recommend this product if your goal is to get stronger and enjoy working out and if you’ve done your research with the studies that have been done on this product.

Didn't boost my test like crazy but I definitely noticed a difference in my vitality.

As a 60 yr old who still likes to work out, Ill take all the testosterone help I can get short of HRT. I switched from another brand several months ago and I have seen a noticeable difference when I lift heavy. Not sure, but maybe my recovery is better now? After reading a couple articlse on the subject I stated taking a week off every fifth week, and I think it has made a difference.
