Once it came into question if mustered oil is a benefactor of health as an edible oil! Being in touch with Bengali delicacies, I knew they don't think of other alternatives to mustered oil and when costly alternatives made their way to Bengali kitchens, the phenomenal flavors of Bengali recipes lost its days of glory farvour, because it seated in the minds of health conscious people that mustered oil brings cholesterol and heart diseases faster if taken too much of it!
