Easy to install and works a treat
Took a bit of research to find out which category of card to buy - I had an old PCI card but this wouldn't. fit on motherboard., and this one ( PCIe) that got good review was £40, not £15 like my USB stick, but I had just got new Broadband installed and when I plugged my pc in with an Ethernet cable ( 25m) I got 150mg, and my USB Wi-Fi stick only got 48mgb . Plus this one needed a cable plugging n on my motherboard - that's a step beyond my normal pc ability unscrew lid, push card in right slot, screw lid back on , power up and keep fingers crossed. Google was my friend and I found the right motherboard slot , powered up , and now have a solid connection of 148mgb ( cable shows 150)

Fantastic but if your Motherboard has wifi take note!
The Wifi card arrived well packaged and sealed. I purchased this with a new TP-Link AXE5400 6E router to take full advantage of the cards capabilities.Installation:I built my own PC so found installing the card into my rig pretty straight foward. Installed into a spare PCIE x1 slot and USB to a USB header. Simple.Powering on - I had numerous issues, including no network devices found to Blue screens, to my computer boot looping to the point where I had remove the card and reinstall windows. After the PC was back up and running, I found on the TP-Link FAQs website for this card that if your MB already an intel Wifi chipset - it is likely to conflict with the new card, causing issues. They recommend disabling the intel wifi (Intel Wifi AX200 or similar) in device manager and reinstalling.I did just that - and straight away, with a cable plugged into the network via powerline - drivers downloaded and the card started to work.My new 6E network was not showing- but going to TP Link and downloading the new drivers fixed that.Overall the product teamed with a 6E router is fantastic and faster than my powerline set up by some distance. 4 stars as it would have been nice for a note in the quickstart guide to warn of the potential Wifi conflict.

Much faster than USB Wifi
After installing this wifi card and installing the drivers, I tested the speed by downloading a large game and my download speed had almost doubled from 25 MBps to 48 MBps. A huge increase and anything internet related feels much more fluid as well. You do need to download the wifi and Bluetooth drivers which can be done through their website quite easily. With this card I also no longer need my wifi usb adapter and Bluetooth adapter which frees up the ports on my pc. Overall amazing wifi card, easy to set up and a big improvement from my previous USB wifi.

Happy with purchase.
Only on day one of using it but it works well so far. I’m using windows 10 - relevant because win10 sometimes struggles with compatibility.Installation was easy, you need a small philips screwdriver. I recommend having a look at a tutorial on yt if you aren’t sure.I pre-downloaded the drivers from their website.Installed the hardware - you do need a spare _USB port ON your motherboard (9 pins) for the bluetooth cable but it’s super easy to plug in.Once hardware is in you can install the drivers.I needed my wifi password again and had to re-pair my speaker and keyboard (i used the onscreen keyboard until i had re-paired).So far it’s performing better than the usb wifi and bluetooth adaptors i was using before.
