Can you put them in the freezer?

That’s one of the reasons I bought them. I had previously bought some on Amazon that were white. I froze all kinds of homemade soups in them. They worked great! I’m assuming these will too.

Can I put Menudo in this?

Yes, you can. I use this product for caldo, sancocho and birria all the time, so it will be ok for menudo too.

Are these microwave and freezer safe?

Hi! Definitely freezer safe, not sure about microwave safe. Maybe on low power for a short time? Great for sharing homemade ice cream with friends, neighbors, family and coworkers!! Enjoy!
