Classy look. Easy to use.
Nice sturdy quality. Easily expands or retracts for perfect sizing in a small kitchen. It doesn’t look cheap and actually looks rather elegant - if that’s possible with dish drainers. It’s everything we were looking for. I would definitely purchase one of these again if needed.

Functional and sturdy. Saves space!
I have a small amount of counter space and this works great. I can slide it in smaller and when I’m actually washing dishes, I just opened it up and there’s plenty of room for everything. It drains nicely into my sink.

Solid and good for small spaces
I am replacing a previous dish tray rack that consisted of 2 pieces (mat and separate rack). This one will work better for me. Here’s why:1. Small and narrow. Our kitchen is small so not a lot of counter space for a large dish rack.2.Expandable if needed- the tray can be drawn out lengthwise but nice and narrow3. 1 piece - the rack and the mat are together, not separate. Yes the silverware holder “clicks” on the tray but all of them do that.4. Easy to clean- since slanted the water drains into sinkThis meets my needs since I am using it for washing our dog’s dishes. If you need a main dish rack for pots or lots of dishes, then this may be too small and light for you.

Functional rack
I have a deep sink and this fits inside the sink extended only about 2-3 inches. The dishes sit and drain well on it. It works well. I was imagining finding one that was wider on the long sides. The water drains well.

Nice little gadget with some flaws
I love the size. I like that it is expandable/retractable. I don’t like that it doesn’t lock in place when you do that. I like that excess water can drip into the sink. I don’t like that it doesn’t have higher sides. So the plates will fall forwards or sideways when you accidentally touch them. Especially plastic plates. I don’t like the little cutlery holder. It’s not sturdy. Doesn’t lock into place and therefore, if you put too much cutlery in it, it will tip over, which then makes the plates fall too, because it sits behind the plates. Not practical. So back to the drawing board as far as I am concerned. I may keep this item as a back up because it is a retractable, so easy to store. But I did find a better one that is non-retractable which I will use on a daily basis.

Great compromise of neatness and capability for a Kitchen
Mostly we use an electric dishwasher but there are those things that you cannot or do not want to put in the dishwasher, that could use a dish and pan drainer. On the the other hand leaving classic dish rack out all the time usually looks ugly and undone. This device is not large, not ugly and can be made very compact when not is use. It is clearly in the top ten of our family household items as a balance of practicality and appearance. it is would be a great Mother's Day gift for minimum amount of money.
