Extremely handy and easy to use. It's been invaluable for a DIY project I'm working on that involves wood cutting and carpentry. This is a heavy-duty speed square. Well made and very sturdy. It's entirely precise enough for my needs and all the markings are easy to read. Also comes with an informative little book. Maybe the best $11.99 I ever spent. Made in USA!

Much nicer than any other "after market" speed square.
The attention to detail, down to the simplest thing, has been thought out and makes an obvious difference. Leave the others and get this one.I would gladly give back my other "speed squares" for another Swanson.
