I've used it for anything. It's not especially good for ppl who have terribly dry feet. Smells great

This stuff beats anything I’ve ever used on my dry heel…including a pumice stone scrub. Instant pedicure. Apply to feet after a shower or bath or foot bath and put socks over top (otherwise you will slip and fall on hard surfaces) for a little while….ideally overnight. You will wake up with new feet. Not an exaggeration. Buy it! The price point is great too.

The smell is more on the peppermint side but not overpowering. It sinks into the skin without leaving a residue. I just wish that it lasts for a little longer. I soaked and scrubbed my feet and then applied this and covered with socks. My feet were soft but not moisturizied if that makes sense. Don't get me wrong it works but you will have to reapply it everyday for the results you want.

One one hand, dry skin quickly diminished. On the other, it doesn't soften.Immediately healed skin has a rather hard slick quality.It did relieve a rather itchy part. But the itch returned 6 hours later,so the balm had to be re-applied constantly. After 4 weeks of this process,the itch did begin to subside.That being said, I'm not wild about products made so you have to dip inyour hand. It doesn't strike me as particularly sanitary.

The very small jar sent to me was packaged in plastic with a tag that read “not to be sold separately”.I think I was sent the extra small jar possibly for travel to be sold with the normal size one. Didn’t send it back although felt taken advantage of.The balm itself is very dense and hard to smooth over skin.
