I use in conjunction with aluminum foil for easy cleanup after roasting chicken breast and a variety of vegetables in the oven. The foil (with the edges turned up and crimped at the corners) prevent oils from caking on the broiler pan. I line the foil with a sheet of parchment paper to avoid absorption of aluminum into the food. After the meal, I fold the whole mess up and put it into a old used ziplock bag and toss it into the kitchen basket. The cleanup is as easy as the preparation.

They are about 1 inch too long for my small air bake cookie sheet; fit exactly inside my jelly roll pan and requires 2 for my double air bake cookie sheet. Nothing burns but they don’t prevent browning. It’s easy to tell the dull from shiny side and parchment tulip cupcake liners can be made from them. I like that they are unbleached. I’ve purchased these several times and will continue.

I like to line my 8 x 8 and 9 x 9 pans so I can easily lift out my bars or cakes. This works better than cutting a sheet of parchment. I use two sheets per pan and cut them to fit bottom of pan.

I was looking for parchment paper that wouldn’t burn at high temperatures. I bake my bread at 450 degrees and have not had any issues

I used one to cover my casserole and it went up in flames.Using at 350 underneath my casserole on the oven shelf, and burn marks were present where the shelf grates were. I was afraid of it catching fire, so I pulled it out from under the casserole and replaced it with another one that has a higher heat tolerance.I love this size, I hate having to fold or cut to fit my pans, but these are not going to work for me. I certainly don't want it burning inside my oven. It was only a 350 temp.

These don’t seem to hold up as well as another brand I used. I use them multiple times but these seem to absorb shortening/grease and do not last as long.

The only cons, is the box is too big to store it.

I'm not going back to rolls of parchment paper. This is so practical and easy to use.

So convenient—package sits under the other rolls and wraps in the drawer and the flap opening makes it so you can just whip out one sheet (like that old pulling out the table cloth without spilling the glasses trick). Fold full size sheet in half for smaller cookie tray.
