Wonderful in hot drinks or on its own
It has a very apparent valerian and lavender taste which I enjoy a lot but it can be a bit strong if you’re just having it on its own rather than mixed into a drink. It’s decent value from money but I don’t use it very frequently. It’s got a natural flavour to it and isn’t artificial tasting, it’s effective at making me tired, and I have noticed it helps me sleep better after I’ve had some at night.

I was sceptical but this works and tastes good. Will order again. Only dislike is the plastic jar. Glass please!

never worked for me
thought this would be ideal for me to get some sleep, but unfortunately it had no effect at all and I never liked the taste or the smell of it. so back to the drawing board and £12 down the drain.

What a waste of money, it stinks and did nothing to aid any sleep for me, dont bother with it.

Sleep longer is a bonus
I’m 78 and still take a while to fall asleep but since using this I definitely sleep for longer so that’s is a bonus and luckily I’m retired so can’t over sleep so I think it’s great!
