What are the dimensions of the 12 inch tote? Product Dimensions 19"L x 6"W x 11"H makes no sense. Please only answer if you have measured it.

That is what I did today. 😄 I took a couple pictures of my bags but it will only let me upload a video. So there you go. The bags are 9 x 12 x 12 high with the handle folded over. Very nice size bags and can fit a lot of tools. Hopefully that helps.

12” tote - does it have any feet, plastic or rubber?

It's sort of has feet. There is one corrugated like piece of plastic that's about 1 1/2" x 2" in each corner of the bottom surface. The corrugation is not very deep though.
