For Seller: What is the coating made out of for options besides plain stainless steel? [It's NOT anodized; rainbow one arrived already flaking off.]

I purchased the stainless steel for that very reason. Afraid of flaking. The stainless is great.

Is it 100% dishwasher safe?

This the best thing - I keep in the freezer for my ice - it really well made - I have no issue with in the dishwasher
