Is there any lactose free options from SIS?

I am not aware of lactose in SIS gels.

How many calories do these have in them? I know this brand makes gels with either 100 or 180 calories each. How many are in this particular product?

Per 100ml 144 cal / Per 60ml 87 cal. I order for my wife whose Ironman/ITU Team USA Triathlete. She swears by them along with BOA Spray.

These gels are liquid compared to GU so much more palatable. Taste is all right too. Only issue as it’s big needs more space to carry.
