WellnessCORE+ (Formerly RawRev) Dry Dog Food with Freeze Dried Pieces, Small Breed, Grain Free, High Protein, Natural, Original Turkey & Chicken Recipe, (4-Pound Bag)

My Parson Russell Terrier is on Wellness Core RawRev Small Breed Grain Free with Turkey. He has acid reflux and this only helps a little with it (even with water added), but there has been zero diets which have helped at all. Any little bit is great. He tends to be nervous as he was re-homed to me, so the Turkey does assist in helping to keep him as chill as possible.I have received this food from Chewy, Petco, Petsmart and Amazon. The other stores have all been the same. I have never known the quality of the bag when it arrived until it was opened. Some had a ton of Turkey bits, some had hardly any and I had to add to the bags with the wellness core bowl boosters freeze dried Turkey so that it would match the prior bag(s).However, the quality I have received with Amazon is simply ASTONISHING! I have now received the initial order plus 4 subscription ships. This has been over about 3 months. Each and every bag was as if I had been at the factory and filled the bag right from the mixer. Super fresh, tons of Turkey bits that were mixed throughout the bag (I’ve had to mix the bags from the other stores so it was not just all in the top or bottom of bag), and no issues whatsoever with the food.He has been way happier eating it too! He has noticed the differences. I guess it is because Amazon is purchasing a lot of the food. However, one would think the other stores especially chewy were also purchasing a lot of it. I don’t know why Amazon’s quality is leaps and bounds above the others but it is. The price is the same if not cheaper than the other stores unless there happens to be a special or sale going on. Even then it is not worth risking the chance of getting a cruddy bag.I will not purchase his food from anywhere besides Amazon again! I only wish Amazon sold feed for other animals as if the quality and freshness of them went up it would be even more amazing!

My dogs love this food especially the chunks meat!This dog food is really great for dogs my dogs have sensitive stomach but when we tried this dog food they didn’t have a problem! Highly recommend!!

Our dogs love this dog food with a little chopped up chicken I put in. Not cheap and should be sold in a larger bag to save money. I have to buy 4 at a time. Great product

My Maltipoo likes this better than his canned wet food, which is unusual. This food is also well reviewed for quality by Dog Food Advisor.

Switched my dogs from puppy food to this. They absolutely love the freeze dried chicken and get excited for meal time! We put it on subscribe and save and never have to worry if we have enough dog food.

My poodle loves this food, I am very picky with what I feed my dogs,I really like you drying the food at a low temp it doesn’t destroy the nutrients, little bites makes it easier for my toy poodle to eat. I have been feeding this now for several years he still loves . I am giving a 5 star, I feel my dog will live a lot longer keeping him on this.

My dogs love this food. I am a little concerned though that just months ago you could see the large pieces of freeze dried meat mixed in with the kibble, and now it is very difficult to see. I do see some very small pieces that are different than the kibble. These pieces are very small, dark, and difficult to differentiate from the kibble, not like the large pieces of light colored turkey (?) that was in every bag of food I got just months ago. If I knew for sure that they severely diminished the amount of real meat without making the adjustment noticeable on the packaging, I would be very upset. For now I will keep an eye on the food and possibly switch to another brand if I feel the quality has severely diminished.

DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE SMALL AMOUNT OF AIR DRIED PIECES- OTHERWISE MY 15 YR OLD DOG LOVES IT
