Bad packaging
This item should be delivered in fully sealed, unopened plastic. It was opened, on cardboard and there was no plastic. That is unacceptable for the nature of this personal, important item.

Flimsy caps broke, it becomes impossible to suck water after a day. Completely useless

It’s not sucking any water , it’s completely jam on first use. So either used one or filter not new one.
