I purchased cycle 2 months back and it is under warranty. I had an issue with the cycle and I tried calling customer care almost 10 days continuously but no one answered the call..after that finally a person answered and said that the repair person will contact me within 24 hours..I have shared photos and videos to the person but after that no response..it's been 7 days till no response even after multiple follow ups..I had to get the issue corrected at a local shop..Build quality also very bad..paint issues also there..I suggest people to look for a better build quality with good customer care brands
