Q: How accurate is this?

ANSI B40.1 is the actually the "lowest" of the ANSI pressure gauge standards. It specifies a gauge accuracy of 2% in the middle half of the range, and 3% outside of that. Unfortunately since full range of this gauge is 200psi, that means the portion of the range which you would use for a typical car tire (0-50psi) is only 3% accurate, which is OK but not great. If you're just looking for something to hook up to your home air compressor to keep the tires on your family vehicle aired up about right this will suffice. If you're looking for something to set tire pressures for track days, autocrossing, gymkhana, rock garden crawls, etc... Longacre is what you want. Even the least expensive of Longacre's gauges are twice as accurate as this one. Then again, the cheapest of Longacre's gauges are twice as expensive as this one. So consider your needs in relation to your budget.

Q: Is this made in the USA?

I think this is very deceptive advertising. It’s made in China, the only thing it has going for itself is a lifetime warranty. If it was made in the US it would be clearly stated. It’s a damn near carbon copy of others made in China so how they can claim it’s designed in the USA is a stretch, yes maybe by another company. If they were honest but gave it the Lifetime warranty I’d be much more inclined to buy it. I’d pay a $100 if it was really made in the US.

Q: Does it come with a pesta valve adapter? or can i buy one from rhino?

It does *not* come with a Presta valve adapter, unfortunately, and Rhino does not sell any. (I think folks must be confusing Presta with Schrader (which it does have).) I see presta-to-schrader adapters here on Amazon.
