Q: Is this product’s scent strong odor when using?

Depends on water dilute with it. 70 percent water is so far better.

Q: How do you you use it and how much do you put

I have a Shark pocket steam mop and I fill the liquid dispenser on the mop and turn it on. The mop heats the liquid to a steam and I mop. The fragrance is wonderful!

Q: Does this product have any cleaner in it or is it just demineralized water and fragrance?

It’s only demineralized water with a fragrance. Any liquid that it’s not water could ruin the motor that produces the steam.
