After my last teeth cleaning, my hygienist had a "come to Jesus" talk with me about my gums. "You've got to use your water flosser, or else start shopping for a good cardiologists". I had a water flosser on my bathroom counter - basically collecting dust. I started to use it faithfully every night before bed. But I found myself not using it in the mornings - mostly because I didn't have the time. I thought, if only I could have a water flosser that I could keep in the shower, it would be so much easier to floss every morning while showering. I went on Amazon and checked out several products before selecting the Nicwell Water Flosser. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I actually enjoy using it every morning and I'm not the least bit concerned with accidentally splashing water like I was with my counter top machine. The water chamber fills really easily and accommodates enough for a thorough flossing. The charge lasts a really long time. In fact it's never run out on me because I make a point to recharge every three weeks or so. Best of all, my gums are pink and healthy for the first time in a long time. First time of use took awhile to get the hang of using this. Once practiced works really well and leaves teeth feeling clean and mouth fresher. Easy to use and good choice of heads and settings. One good tip you can use this in the shower and make sure you keep your mouth partially closed and start with the custom setting and move on. Good value of money.

A portion of my gum often used to flare up with infection after using regular dental floss. After using the Nicwell water flosser for only a few weeks, this problem has now all but vanished. It is obviously doing something floss can't. That said, it's not a total replacement for dental floss, and I still give my teeth a regular flossing about once a week; but it's certainly corrected a gum problem for me and I couldn't be happier with the device.
