Edit:I want to take a minute to update my review of this item. Yes my shipping from Amazon was extremely slow. But the first computer I received was great until I noticed screen retention. I updated the review then and one of the people from the company actually reached out to me. That was a guy named Gavan. He recommended some things. They unfortunately didn’t work so he told me he’d be willing to replace it. I sent the computer back and Gavan was able to replace it within a day after I shipped it back. The replacement so far is like new. I have noticed no issues yet.This touch screen computer is easy to use, portable, has phenomenal battery life, extremely durable and at a great price.Both ones that were sent to me were in practically new condition.I felt as if my first review was a bit harsh especially since the seller isn’t the ones who are shipping the product.

I really like it but after 2 months it quit working my IT guy fixed it for less then $100.00 dollars. It was a renewed computer so it didn’t really upset me.

I can’t believe The quality of this laptops/computer. Everybody has any questions buy one and they will be completely satisfied as I am.

Spent a lot of time with support but i was never able to connect may laptop with multiple AT&T SIMs. I tried to reach Sales to see if i could trade (even at a loss) but no response. We use it in the field so that cellular connection was the selling point for me. It works great otherwise, albeit slow but it's an old laptop. It only has 8 GB of Ram and old processor. It's also stuck at Windows 10. The batteries last about 1-1/2 or 2 hours using only 1 application on it and hotspotting it.

If things change i will update this review. This is a great computer. Setup went flawlessly.This is a refurbished CF-33. It looks pretty new, no ghost image on screen and touchscreen is flawless.THIS might be my best but on AMAZON ever.Very happy with the computer.Came with power cord. So I liked the first one so much, I bought another, from the same Company.Coretek. Having Amazon's backing really helped me choose this vendor. First laptop has 8000 hrs, second one 5000. Both units the battery capacity is around 50% or 3 hours. Full screen brightness.For an older used laptop I consider that Good. Expecting more isnt probably realistic. The second one has a TINY bit of distortion, at the edge of the screen on start up. I can't see it when running programs.I have these for outdoor useage, I couldn't be happier.

Not rugged and not “excellent refurbished” cracks in the case, filthy and nasty parts, missing camera lense cover allowing all elements directly into the electronics. Can only be used indoors for fear of dirt or water getting inside it without the proper parts to protect it (as came from the factory)

I use a government-issued CF-33 at work and really like the features and durability, so much so, that when it was time for a new personal laptop, I started looking for a CF-33 of my own. Problem was, to purchase new was cost prohibitive, and most of the used ones sold online are prior public safety computers and had seen heavy use, with the battle scars to prove it. I found this one advertised as "excellent" condition with some good reviews. It arrived yesterday and I was amazed at the appearance...truly "nearly new". I set it up and so far appears to work flawlessly. If the great function I've experienced continues, it will be a great value and purchase. Very pleased so far.
