Larabar does have vegan bar options, this just isn't one of them. I would go to the Larabar official website to look over the different kinds available before ordering if you want to ensure you get a vegan bar. Their site is very clear on what ingredients are included.

How much caffeine in the chocolate for the cookie dough flavor?

It doesn't say. I would assume it would be whatever the standard amount is for a small handful of chocolate chips.
