Q: Would this be good to use on top of other cerave skin Routine products.

Not sure how you intend to use this toner. For me, it's one of 5 toners, used twice daily, the last toner to be specific because it's full-bodied. I follow with the appropriate eye cream, moisturizer, and serum. CeraVe is a great product and I haven't had any issues. Listen to your skin and adjust skincare routine accordingly. Q: does this leave skin sticky or tacky?

When you put it on initially you may feel stickiness a little bit, but it gets absorbed. Hope this helps.

I'm an esthetician! So this toner is great, just by itself it will not minimize pores but it could definitely help with skin texture. It's really softened my skin and hydrated it. It's more important to find a good moisturizer and wear sunscreen though! CeraVe is a good simple brand to start a routine. It won't change your skin but it's a good place to start and it can balance and moisturize skin.

No. But you can. It will be nice and cooling when it’s hot
